1. General
Follow Conditions are considered to all deliveries, orders and other things. Other conditions and arrangements consider only by letter of confirmation from us.
Our goal is to design quality articles which completement your personality and fashion. All our items are handmade with meticulous attention to detail and design with a quality of individual charm.
2. Order
Our offers without obligation.The shown items are example for the article. You order your personal article in your colors . Color 1 is the " Maincolor" , color2 we combine with color 1. We make your items with attention to detail and design with a quality of individual charm.Then we send you photos from your articles. So you know how your personal bouquet is looking . When you want to change something ( no complete Colors ) , more Roses or more pearls etc. , we changed the article and email a new photo to you. We send your articles when you love our creation.
3. Paying and delivering
In our shop you can pay by Paypal or " Pay before" = transfer to our account with IBAN-BIC Code.
Please accept that we only deliver after getting the money.
Follow costs we take for shipping .
The prices of delivery includes The insurance of The articles and the shipping wih air mail.: Europe , all lands of Europe ,air mail= 14,50 Euro , free shipping for order up 200,00 Euro or more
4. Times for delivery
Please mail us your wedding day /deliveryday .
Please allow 6-8 weeks total time for your flowers to be handmade and delivered.
We take extrem care in the packing of your flowers so they will arrive in perfect condition , just as if you picked them up for yourself.
We 've a present service. The present you order for your friend , we send after getting money . For the present service we need the adress form your friend.
Delay of delivery
We are not responsible for delay of delivery by post ! If the delay of delivery is to higher force, labor disputes, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances which can be represented from us not, the period is extended appropriately.

5. Passage of the risk
We take extreme care in the packing of your flowers , so they will arrive in perfect condition, just as if you picked them up for yourself.
The danger goes with sending off of the commodity through decorations-for wedding on to the buyer over. The dispatch effected insures by DHL . If the package is to take place uninsured,you must note it immeditaly at DHL and to us by email.
Decorations-for-weddings is not liable for accidents or misuse of products for purpose not intended for its use. Nor we liable for weather conditions rsulting in changes to the products or allergie associated with materials used in the products.
Please note. You order your flowers in your personal design. Costums designs are non-refundable. Please mail us , if we should change something from your arrangement or if you want more photos .
6. Guarantee
We ensure that the sold commodity has the contractually assured characteristics at the time of the passage of the risk. With arrival the customer has to examine the commodity immediately for lack. In the case of open lack these must be announced immediately to the post office and us by email. The guarantee expires, if the customer changes the supplied commodity.
7. Collective orders You receive a discount/deduction for orders starting from 150,00 Euro ( Europe)commodity value! This deduction includes free shipping ( 22,00 Euro). If you order much more,we communicate to you by email as an offer,
Retention of title Up to the complete payment the commodity remains property of the company decorations-for-wedding
8. Privacy
Your privacy is very important. We will not share or sell any of your personal information to outside sources.
9. Legal domicile
Area of juristdiction place of delivery and area of jurisdiction for both parts is the seat of decorations-for-weddings.com in Germany.
It applies excluding the right of Germany.
